Welcome to LBM Pressure Wash LLC. By contracting our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Scope of Services
LBM Pressure Wash LLC provides residential and commercial pressure washing services, including but not limited to:
- Deck Cleaning
- Sidewalk Cleaning
- Siding Cleaning
- Roof Cleaning
- Driveway Cleaning
- Patio Cleaning
- Fence Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Building Exterior Cleaning
- Parking Lot Cleaning
- Window Cleaning
- Awning Cleaning
- Dumpster Pad Cleaning
- Graffiti Removal
- Equipment Cleaning
- Warehouse Cleaning
Client Responsibilities
1. Access to Property: The client must ensure that LBM Pressure Wash LLC has clear access to all areas that need to be cleaned. This includes removing obstacles, furniture, and any personal belongings from the work area.
2. Water Supply: The client must provide access to a water supply within a reasonable distance from the work area.
3. Power Supply: If necessary, the client must provide access to a power supply for equipment.
4. Disclosure of Hazards: The client must inform LBM Pressure Wash LLC of any known hazards or sensitive areas that require special attention.
5. Pre-Cleaning Preparation: The client is responsible for closing all windows, doors, and other openings to prevent water from entering the property.
6. Payment: The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for services rendered. Payment terms will be outlined in the provided invoice.
## LBM Pressure Wash LLC Responsibilities
1. Service Quality: LBM Pressure Wash LLC will perform all services with professionalism, care, and attention to detail, using eco-friendly products and advanced equipment.
2. Insurance: LBM Pressure Wash LLC is fully insured and will provide proof of insurance upon request.
3. Damage Liability: While we take utmost care to prevent damage, LBM Pressure Wash LLC will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage or areas not disclosed as sensitive by the client.
Terms of Service
1. Estimates and Quotes: All estimates and quotes provided by LBM Pressure Wash LLC are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Any changes in the scope of work will require a revised quote.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Weather Conditions: Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. LBM Pressure Wash LLC will notify the client as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee: If the client is not satisfied with the completed work, they must notify LBM Pressure Wash LLC within 24 hours. We will make every effort to address and rectify any issues.
Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LBM Pressure Wash LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from the performance of the work, provided that such claim, damage, loss, or expense is attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease, or death, or to injury to or destruction of tangible property, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of LBM Pressure Wash LLC.
Governing Law
This Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal action arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Harford County, Maryland.
Acceptance
By contracting the services of LBM Pressure Wash LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement.
